Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL)

In accordance with Romanian Government Ordinance no. 38/2015 on alternative dispute resolution between consumers and traders, consumers have the right to refer disputes to an ADR entity for amicable resolution.

The competent entity is the Alternative Dispute Resolution Directorate within ANPC (Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection).
