Technologies we use
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) keeps information on your device without automatically sending it with every request. This policy covers both technologies. The inventory describes storage controlled by the application.
Legal basis and choice
Article 4(5)–(6) of Romanian Law 506/2004 requires information and prior consent for non-essential storage or access on a device, with an exemption for operations strictly necessary for a requested service. Optional statistics rely on consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Scrolling or continued browsing does not constitute consent.
Optional statistics
With your consent, Base44 analytics may process a session identifier, visited pages, referral sources, attribution parameters and session duration. Requests to the provider also involve technical connection data. SDK analytics are off without consent. This choice does not authorize advertising, cross-site tracking or screen recordings.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Rejecting optional storage is as easy as accepting it. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops SDK analytics and removes the local analytics identifier; it does not affect earlier lawful processing. The page reloads only when analytics activation changes. Your choice expires after 180 days, when consent is requested again.
External services and technical data
The site loads Google Fonts, externally hosted images and OpenStreetMap on the Contact page. These requests disclose your IP address and technical information to those providers. The banner does not control hosting logs or independent platform settings. The 180-day local consent period does not determine retention of analytics data on servers.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
